To me, this is just plain stupidity.I also have 2 pairs of boxing gloves.

I was given 20 key pairs last time I went in, so this is plenty to keep a rotation of keys.Look for ways to reduce time and increase durability.

I found a pair of duplexes being sold as a package and rolled in some cash from a recent sale to make these a good start on cash flow.

IKEA systems (Metod, Faktum, Sektion, Besta, Godmorgon) are often paired with custom cabinet fronts from companies like SemiHandmade for even higher-end projects.

The other path is still paying a cap but actually getting the value you seek.If you take the abundance mindset, you can pair up with a place that provides value and figure out how to make up for the cap. 

My two cents is: you get five points for pairing with a friend, because of the advantages that brings.

I would have an unbiased pair of eyes on the ground to verify......checks and balances.....my partners are out of state/country......im eyes on the groundi have a recommendation if need be
