@Austin Harley unfortunately i have not ventured into Virginia as of yet.  

Throughout the years, my family has bought and flipped several properties, so I have had the opportunity to be exposed to the benefits of investing in real estate, and now I am ready to venture out into the investing world myself.

I'm new here and eager to get my feet wet in the game by doing joint ventures with open minded investors in Atl.

I would suggest entering a joint venture with a note investor and learning as you earn in that deal.

I need $350k to do another business venture.
