Hi everyone! My name is Sean Lamanna and everything I know about REI has come from books, articles, websites, etc. I would say that I have learned a lot but recognize that there is soooo much more to learn on a subject that is continually changing! My primary goal is financial freedom through long-term investments like rental properties. I have jumped around with how exactly to start but would like my first property by the end of the year!

@Sean Lamanna, welcome to BP! This is by far the best resource for learning and growing into financial freedom through real estate investing that I have found! I would love to grab coffee with you and chat about your goals if you are interested. Even if you already have a realtor that you are working with, I find it is always helpful to meet up with new folks and get plugged into the local REI community. We do have a thriving REI group her in Lexington and I would encourage you to join the group on facebook. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to grab a beer or lunch sometime.
