Looking for a new real estate agent in San Antonio

So still being a new investor I have had a good experience so far, and even better a great first successful flip. The only issue I have had so far is with our agent, he has been a pleasure to work with, very nice and helpful but.... in my opinion not experienced with investors. Since we will be closing on our current investment in the next 3 weeks I have asked a few times to start the investigation process for the next property with the thought that would not be a problem. Not so much, we already have the capital to pay cash for our next place even without this one being closed but have yet to get a response. I am very motivated to get this next property purchased renovated and completed before the end of the year so my ask is if anyone has a great agent for investors it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you everyone for allowing me to vent and also start the next great venture in the growth of our company!!!!
