On top of that, I have 2 little kittens who get into trash and food leftovers and eat things that might harm them (toxic foods to cats include lemon, avocado, and chocolate, just to name a few).

I could see where they would be irritated if they voiced their complaints and you simply asked them if they wanted out of their lease.

@Paul Sandhu some pallets have insect treatment that release toxic chemicals when burned and they are stamped MB, so I wouldn't stand too close to the fire if they are burning that type of pallet.

We ran across our current solution completely by accident... someone was using a heavy-duty remover solution in a sprayer on a concrete floor that had glue-down laminate flooring to remove the glue, then filled the sprayer up without rinsing it out and went to work on the wallpaper.Lo and behold, the same ridiculously toxic remover that worked on the floor glue worked really well on the wallpaper glue.

For instance, if there is lead based paint on the walls & wood work in addition to the asbestos you referred to, there will be added cost to remediate by a licensed environmental company.There will also have to be time added to the job to accommodate all the inspections, city dump fees to get rid of the toxic material with a manifest paperwork trail ect.

Hey folks,I'm getting severely irritated with my current property management company.So far before I closed on the property they had to evict a tenant because they wouldn't cooperate with the inspection.After we closed we immediately had to evict the tenant that replaced the tenant we evicted before that.So to me it looks as if their screening process isn't pointing in the right direction.Since the eviction I've left the property empty (1month so far) this month they charged me 10% for transferring the deposit to me.
