They haven't violated their lease, they're just annoying.I would just ride out the lease by placating them via reasonable means as it seems you have, and upon lease renewal nix the internet amenity. 

Appraisers would just look at those purchases as outliers, made by a foolish investor who'd been taken for a ride.
