I’m looking for recommendations for local Realtors in the NYC area that’s friendly to new investors. I’m looking for a small multi family, ideally 3-4 units in the general NYC Metro area. Currently located In Astoria but open to a move for the right propeety. TryIng to lesrn the neIghbIrhIIds IItaIde Queens and narrow down the market down with some guIdance about Bronx, West Chester or North Jersey. A little all over the place, I know. I am preapproved for up to $1MM, but looking to keep it in the 750-800 range for affordability. Any recommendations for trusted partners with a little patience would be appreciated. Thanks, Sean
