The project took too long, partly due to the power company taking 3 months to move service and poor communication with the county for permits.

personally, after looking at as much information as I could, I was uneasy and ceased communications. however, if your client does decide to move forward, please keep us up-to-date on how it goes. 

Maybe they communicate differently but have good intentions.

They are the absolute worse and can’t communicate properly, they delayed having my property posted for over a month and can’t do basic tasks.
