If the alarms starts beeping randomly, press 0(zero)4 + enter.23a was added after my property manager was out a half dozen times in a week to enter the code because the tenants never wrote it down or typed it in correctly.I don't really think of alarms as a selling point, but my tenants are not protecting valuables with any sort of monetary worth.

So, now, you're looking at other RE similar to the subject, if you don't own other similar properties you'll find it hard pressed to obtain a real cap rate on a pro forma basis or estimating future performance.Doesn't take long to figure out, if you're doing things properly, that you're running in circles chasing your tail!

The foreclosure actions were uncontested, but neither Judge hesitated for even a moment about recognizing the property tax that I'd paid on someone else's property as a valid lien.One judge did press me hard regarding, "what effort you made to contact heirs when you try to claim the property." as Bob Bowling suggested may be the case.
