Duncan W. Oline Lead Finder

Hi everyone. Several years back I bought a D, Wierman RE course that came with the oline lead finder or OLF. It basically searches craigs lists and auto-emails certain postings of houses for sale etc.

At any rate, given that Craigs List is highly junk now (multiple postings by same person, scams, and simply ads for houses that don't exist), I wanted to know if anyone has had any success with it.

The OLF has a learning curve (like anything), and seems to need a lot of tweeks and updating. I am not sure its worth my time trying to use it. has anyone used it before, and most importantly, has anyone ever gotten a deal by using it?

Thanks in advance.
