Newbie from Omaha, NE

Hello fellow forum members! My name is Josh, I am currently stationed in Omaha. Im in the military, but will most likely end my enlistment at this station. Im interested in the real estate world, and from talking to fellow colleagues and friends, it can be worth while if you come in with the right attitude and a smart mindset. Now i will not lie, i am very inexperienced when it comes to this but i have been doing my research and reading up on as much stuff as I can. If anyone has any helpful tips/suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Not sure when I will make my first investment, but im trying to lay the ground work right now. Thanks for reading!
