Great planes I bought mine new in 04  that was cool going to Duluth transition training and walking into the hanger seeing that brand new bird :)I have about 1000 hours in it.. not as much as I like.. and right now I am battling my medical.. so been grounded for while.Anyway safe flying.. and I really really enjoy working in Charleston SC  great people great place.. !!!!

While they're being rehabbed they usually have unpleasant nicknames - The Roach Motel (full of dead ones), The Dog House (smelled like wet dog inside), the Crack Shack (found an old crack pipe someone left in the electrical box)...Once they're all prettied up and rented we just go by the street name, Columbia Ave., Drexel Dr., etc.

With that being said, occupancy fraud is one of the most common sources of mortgage fraud so underwriters tend to ask questions when something doesn't smell right.

Yes its a PITA to move in in/out, but not worth the battle for saying no to a pretty basic request.The majority of CA rentals don't supply a refrig..... just stove, dishwasher etc.... not even washer/dryer....some do, but a larger % don't in general.

I checked with the correct authority, they have no record of a tank or a decommissioning.If the seller told you that's how "it was decommissioned"... and the garage smelled like fuel oil, how would you respond?
