To be honest I really wish it was easier to collect loan payments from my borrowers.My borrowers need to fill out a coupon coversheet with my account info if they are mailing payments in.

Both HD and Lowes are store only, that's why I never liked them, I have discount coupons in Lowes that I use in HD and vice versa, usually 10%, I ask to match them, 95% will, I get 10% off then say 1.5%-2% cash back on my reg cards.

Most people don't bother opening the door when door-knocking, so I wonder if it's better to leave a flyer or a door hanger with market trends, coupons, recipes, etc. 

My taste buds have only known the flavor of Top Ramen and my wallet is full of triple coupons.

Hey there Astrid,I'm not sure if you are aware or have looked into buying discount points to lower your rates.Discount points are like coupons that you can use to lower the interest rate on your mortgage.

And, if you are lucky enough to find a 10-20% coupon, then even better!

Also, any coupons that you might have for Pizza or the local sandwich shop are nice for people that have just spent their whole day moving.Jeff
