Kitchen Cabinets - Best bang for your buck? $1,000-$1,300 rentals

Hi all,

For kitchen cabinets and installation I am looking at the best bang for your buck options. It's for a rentals Kitchen that is about 10x10 on the South Side of Bloomfield Ave, in Bloomfield... The unit is in the $1,100-$1,350 price range, but I do covet quality. I was looking into Home Depot to possibly measure, plan, and install cabinets. I have to look into the line of cabinets above Harbor Bay, as they don't have the best reputation, and I only want to do the job once in the next 10 years.

If possible, please provide any well priced, responsive, and responsible contractors and companies or your experience using Home Depot's contractors to install cabinets.

Thanks!

Home Depot cabinets are great, and wait for the 20% off sale, or bring in the Lowes coupon for 20% off and they will price match.  Also, take your order and go to the pro desk with you other items and have them further discount the entire order (cabinets, fixtures, hardware, etc) over $1,500.

One recommendation.  DO NOT get the HD white cabinets.  These have a coating on them instead of paint.  They peel after a year or two.  If choosing white, go with Lowes.  I included a pic of the last project we did with Lowes White Cabinets.

We have also done the HD raw cabinets.  Not every location carries them in stock, but you can order them online.  They are DIRT CHEAP, and you get to pick out the color to stain/paint them.  We wanted a rich look in one of our rentals and chose a cherry stain. I included a pic below.

All cabs I am showing you were already pre-assembled, but bottom pic was raw wood that was ready to stain/paint.
