Nope, but I do see them regularly.

I had a place like that who wanted $800 to replace a fan motor that I would usually pay my regular guy $350.  

You need to develop and stick to a much more stringent screening program to avoid this becoming a regular occurence.

You need more space and more safety than say, a regular single male would.

This was about $1,000 more than I accounted for in my insurance numbers so I'm wondering if I really need this type of policy or can I just get a regular homeowners insurance policy?

Experienced contractors regularly have to add change orders once they get started because things arent always the same once you start doing the work.

Coach Carson talks about the small but mighty investor and how you're way ahead of non-RE investors with a few solid appreciating properties3) If you haven't done this already put your money into high yield savings account so your cash reserves can grow 4 to 5% not a regular savings account earning 0.1% interest. 

From their credit report, it appears they are making regular payments and haven't been late with any payments on anything in several years, so perhaps they just put their wedding on the cards or something and planned to pay it off, but I don't know.

Not to mention regular beach partiers.
