Those big blue city refugees bid war fighting each other for houses are going for that perfect picket fence suburban lifestyle, flush with the cash they got selling their big blue city townhome or condo. 

Note, I may have listed "white collar" professions, but I know there are plenty of "blue collar" professions that make really good money and benefits. 

I'm about to turn 26 in three weeks and that means getting kicked off my parents blue cross blue shield policy. 

We prefer blue collar areas that are safe so aren't interested in low c or less, high C and solid Bs are great.

We’re getting so many nomad-worker tech-bro types moving here that medium-term furnished “executive” rentals in prime locations can fetch up to $30k/month (needs to be in a blue-chip location with super high-end luxury finishes/appliances/features obviously to rent for that much, and it’s seasonal, but still, it’s crazy).

He suggested that I stick with so-called Blue Chip properties in California.
