Hey everyone!

What cities do you see growth over the next 3 - 5 years & 10 years? also, how do you all determine which markets you want to invest in?

FYI i am located in Charlotte

@Doug Spence - the Base Realignment and Closure commission. Legeune and Bragg were to both get larger. Recently, they have announced that the MARSOC division in Camp Pendleton in California (about 800 Marines) were being relocated to Jacksonville. Counting their families, support services and support industries, they are anticipating around 3,000 total people moving to the area. The trailing spouse is another issue. Often times now the trailing spouse has a college degree and needs a job. That has led to a lot of the growth in Hampstead being that the spouse will work in Wilmington while the service member will commute to Jacksonville.
