Heavy traffic (if you will that is) directed away from the “main thoroughfare” so the "seasoned investors" (maybe like yourself) can graze in peace without being distracted by the “quantity” that you speak of.

Everything but talking to motivated sellers is a distraction.

However, this is all smoke and mirrors to distract from the new "28 day no reason, no recourse, no showings allowed secret lease break" law that just passed allowing tenants to just break a lease at will.

I was on this site before years ago but ended up going away from it due to being distracted by other shiny things.

My wife and I have been busy and distracted lately, but we are ready to do our first deal.

I can't think of a better way to distract myself from homework than to be reading on all your guy's posts and comments! 

It would probably be distracting. 

Without an investor mindset it can be easy to fall by the wayside, easily get distracted or subverted, or downright give up.
