Hello, my name is Christina Phillips and I am a new investor.  I am currently located in Fort Mitchell Alabama, which is in the Columbus Georgia Tri- cities area of Fort Benning Georgia. I am looking to start investing in Buy and Hold properties as a potential buyer, so I am interested in learning how to be smart on investing and rehabbing. I am also thinking about getting my real estate license the state of Alabama. So right now I am looking for other investors in the area and a potential mentor. I was on this site before years ago but ended up going away from it due to being distracted by other shiny things. So this is my new start slightly smarter and more dedicated in my being a real estate investor. I am very happy to be back and looking forward to meeting new people on this site and in my local area.
