I would also recommend to always look online where the city/county tracts job growth and population growth which are other key factors.

can we meet on Tuesday at 12 or would 3 be better.. then shut up LOL.I harken back on one deal I did which I think is a really cute story.I am trying to buy this 4 acre tract that we will build 25 or so lots on.. this was when I just developed lots and sold to builders.. 

We split the land in half and sold both tracts.

The folks willing to share and digest info in this way could certainly benefit, however as you allude to there are also privacy and discriminatory traps rampant in going this direction. 

Mainly because I need time to digest what is written or chew through the voicemail and ensure I give a proper and much more professionally written response than my knee jerk reaction is.
