They then broke in that night and ripped up all the counter tops, ripped the doors off all the cabinets, ripped all the drywall off the walls, spray painted the carpeting and tile floors, tore up the wiring, ripped the copper from the A/C, and kicked holes in the bathtub surrounds.

We completely remodeled the entire unit - brand new kitchen, new flooring throughout, mostly new bathrooms (left bathtubs, but replaced everything else (including the 30 y.o. carpet in the bathrooms).

For example just to unplug bathtub they charged me $500.Tennant enters endless list of requests and property management charges me close to $500 for every little thing and it becomes a nightmare.If I end contact with property management they charge me $1000 or more.
