We’re getting so many nomad-worker tech-bro types moving here that medium-term furnished “executive” rentals in prime locations can fetch up to $30k/month (needs to be in a blue-chip location with super high-end luxury finishes/appliances/features obviously to rent for that much, and it’s seasonal, but still, it’s crazy).

He suggested that I stick with so-called Blue Chip properties in California.

Possible expansion into either Branson, MO, Broken Bow, OK, or Blue Ridge, GA.

I don't plan on doing any major renovations, but I do understand your point that things can come out of the blue.

I would imagine these are areas in blue states (not being political, but its just easier to mention that my applicants over the past year are all from such states).

I grew up vacationing in Pensacola Beach, FL and have been looking mainly in Blue Ridge, GA and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area so those ideas are awesome to me.
