Property Manager in Panama City Beach - West

Hi everyone! I am closing on a vacation/STR home in Laguna Beach and am looking for a good property manager. I will be absentee - and so far I've talked to 2 property management companies that were very different- although both local (One at 20% fee but some spotty reviews, one at 30% but using Airbnb and with what looks like much lower occupancy). Is there anyone you recommend? Any expectations in PCB I should be aware of?

I agree with Kyle. Many PM's will let you choose from a menu of services. Some of my clients use AirBnB to market and do bookings for their own properties and use PMs for cleaning, maintenance, etc.
