I recommend you check out @David Pere and his Military Millionaire podcast, YT channel, IG, FB page, he also has a REI Mastermind group, and he is an active duty Devil Dog himself.

I'd love to find some folks to brainstorm with and maybe set up a mastermind focused on creating these systems and check lists...

I have been using the Mastermind group through Bigger Pockets to meet new people as well as attending the Utah REIA meetings. 

Also any masterminds that are coming up?

@Khaled El Dorry I joined the Rat Race to Financial Independence Mastermind Calls hosted by Felipe Mejia and Diego Corzo and its good group of investors on that call and they bring a new guest every week where they go over deals, different strategies to invest and any question you have in general.
