Mastermind education classes

Hi all,

My business partner and I are beginning to buy and hold properties, he suggested we invest first on a mastermind course.

We have been following a lot of BP content and also have done a lot of reading and researching in the real estate criteria.

Is the mastermind investment a good take or are there any other courses that have worked better for any of you? Will we get the knowledge we need to succeed in our real estate career or will that knowledge come with the experience of just starting and doing it already.
