Hi everyone,I'm new to the forum, really excited to learn some unique investing concepts!

I must say everyone is providing valuable insight to the concept of self-management.

Gulf Coast bank does do these, as I have spoke to them about 8-12 unit development, concept wise. 

If im correct about the general concept of how it works, then wouldnt that be the same as renting or lease to owning the property??

Personally, my goals are all about the stack; I absolutely love that concept! 

More than anything else I want a proof of concept for out of state investing, so that I can continue to take advantage of the best markets.
