Hi everyone! My name is Lukas and I’ve lived in Front Royal almost all my life, I just recently moved to Strasburg, Virginia, and recently have gained a major interest in real estate. I’ve listened to many podcast episodes of BP, I’ve read just a handful of different books on the subject, and most recently started an online course to get my real estate license. Ive got a wonderful wife who is very supportive of me trying to make this real estate stuff work,  and two kids that are just the best. I’m primarily interested in flipping houses and/or buy/hold rental properties so I can eventually not have to work a 9-5 job and can spend more time with the kids and wife.

Hi, Lukas,

I live a few hours south of you in the Staunton area. I closed on my first SFR in early 2017. I closed on my 2nd SFR in late 2017, closed on my first triplex in spring of 2018 and now I'm looking in Alabama for my next buy.

If you want to meet up over coffee or something sometime maybe in the middle somewhere, I'm all for it. We can talk real estate investing and hopefully learn from each other.
