I would recommend reading as many books out of the BP bookstore as you can.

Go to the BiggerPockets bookstore and grab a few titles.  

There are many books in the bookstore here on BP, there are books at Books-a-Million/Barnes & Noble/Amazon, there's websites and blogs. 

If you have a chance to look at the Real Estate Rookie book - it's here in the BP bookstore - there's some great info there.

If you go to the bookstore link above you can get  digital copy's of David Greene's  "Sold" and "Skill" You may have already checked them out, but if not, that should be a good resource for you.

Every state has different pricing, if you ever went to the book store and seen the RS Means or Craftsman pricing book you will see that they tell you to take their base price and apply a certain percentage to that price depending on what state you are in.
