Aspiring Real Estate Investor

Arthur Parker
Posted

Hello everyone!

My name is Arthur Parker and I’m located in the west Georgia area. I’ve decided to start investing in my future in hopes of getting out of my 7-5 rat race. I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad and have been on a book reading spree the past month trying to gain knowledge in the realm of real estate investing. Any first time investor tips out there?

@Arthur Parker, tl;dr other responses, however, do you own a primary residence and is house hacking an option for you? If you're not familiar with the investment strategy, house hacking is one of the most tried and true methods to acquire your first deal while mitigating risk. What does your current living situation look like? If you are renting and paying for someone else's mortgage, I'd highly advise that you start researching house hacking. Where specifically are you in West Georgia? As a licensed Georgia real estate agent, if you have any questions regarding the investment space or market conditions, feel free to shoot me an email or text to connect (contact info is listed in my bio).
