Hey I’m looking to get to know more about the real estate business. I’ve become vary interested in learning more about the housing market and what it takes to become an investor. Any advice?

Great question! Glad to have you here!

1. Find a local REI meet up and get plugged in with people doing what you want to do. Ask a lot of questions and find ways you can help other people out (don't just ask "what do you need", listen to their story, hear their pains, find a solution, present them your solution, create value 👍).

2. Go talk to an investor friendly lender that owns real estate themselves! Find out what your financial situation looks like in the eyes of a lender and find out what you need to do to set yourself up to buy a property when you’re ready. A good lender only works with agents that are good at their job and close on deals, so they will get you connected to a solid agent.

Hope that helps! Ask any and all questions here on the forums!
