Companies tend to do well when they professionally respond to negative posts, and either provide their version of events and stand their ground, or do what it takes to turn the angry poster into an ally.

Making money is a team sport. 

I only have $30-40k though, so I’ve felt stuck with this single property.I wanted to use the cash to do some fix and flips and in the rare event a BRRRR presented itself early on, go that route and then continue with fix and flips.

A couple of ideas would be using this platform on the events page, and also use meetup.com to find a meetup too!  

Also, keep in mind any local events or peak seasons that might influence bookings.

Don't forget about attending REIA events!
