I’ve heard gurus say it, but I’ve also heard religious,spiritual and military leaders preach it.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of people who want to invest in CA hear the word rule in the 70% and stick to it religiously, then are unable to find any properties that meet their criteria.

Go for 1.5 hours.Do it religiously for 2 months and if you can throw in an extra day here or there do it.I find the breaking point is around 2-3 months and thats when people give up.

I look for institutions that will keep people in that town in a down economy for psychological, sociological or religious reasons.

I am on this site (religiously) about 3 hours a day (I am a little obsessed I know) and have learned more than any book I have read.
