yes, its a people business.

People might be taking advantage of the rising prices.

My neighbor has listed his but also has had occupancy issues as an STR and said that most people looking for either rooms or cheap stays but I can't comment on that as I have no experience listing as an MTR.

@Travis Biziorek we've been on the same page about that forever:)Seems we both want people investing the RIGHT way in Detroit, so they brgin family & friends!

I warn people over and over and over to know what they are buying and to go personally see what they are buying. 

That’s why I try so hard to explain to people I meet every day the benefits.

Each agency has slightly different criteria and limits but the process for setting rents is roughly the same and has 2 components. 1) The tenant voucher is based on the tenant’s specific finances and number of people within the family unit.
