Open to suggestions.Little about me I have a relatively higher paying public service job.

He knows the loan will pay and they won't default because he knows they're solid. 

So I did not pay extra for it, but chose it anyway over other places.

Someone who is paying $900/mo to rent a 3 br apartment is given an  opportunity to pay $700-$800 mo with prospect of owning the house, if they never default.

My portfolio is not that large and it irked me to pay a bookkeeper so much and still have to do a lot of the work.
