In my immature days, I probably would have invoked the lawsuit threat when I got mad, that is before I grew up and found out lawyers cost money.

It sounds a bit immature but if you don't find it fun no amount of analysis will justify you staying with it.

@Lesley Resnick,I agree,  this place isn't for insults, that's immature and stupid.  

Going forward, or until COVID is a distant memory, I would recommend renting this property to a family and not emotionally immature kids. 

I have two college students interested in renting my property, over the phone, they sound a little immature.

It's still pretty immature from what I have seen.For the sake of real estate investing, they most likely amount to a distraction, in my opinion.

They newer players are still very early and immature from a scale perspective, systems are buggy, customer support not great.
