Wholesaling Raw land

I found this piece of raw land and it’s not on the market! I’m tryna get myself off the ground and into the game. I spoke with a real estate agent and she is supposed to get back at me on my inquiry about the land but I almost feel like I’m providing leads to these people but I need help figuring some things out. Any suggestions?

@Robert Rodriguez In short you will want to find out what raw land is selling for in the area. If you can negotiate and get the land under contract for less than the going rate you can wholesale to a builder and make an assignment fee.
