We had an older lady tenant complain that the NEW girl who moved in was 'entertaining' & taking up visitor parking.

I wouldn't want to do a tenant placement myself, certainly not yet unless I had a lot of properties to setup my own company for that, there seems to be a lot of potential liability there related to discrimination accusations, etc and I would prefer to not answer a bunch of questions as the owner, I would rather have someone else do that who is less attached to the property.

I am a real estate agent + I'm in the middle of a gut rehab and it's hard to balance all of this with family ( kids + partner) my wife was a single mom with 3 girls and her sole income was selling real estate prior to us meeting. 

I'm a married, mom of 3 girls 9 and under. 

Last night, one tenant complained that two tenants were running around the house being loud and wrestling (a girl and a guy who barely know each other) and that caused the dogs in a bedroom from another tenant to bark non stop.

I don’t have any experience doing this personally, but I’m on Long Island and this is exactly what the couple who owns the property that my girl lives in does.They bought a home, lived in the home while they renovated it, added a basement unit and rented it out.

Do a Google search for "Boommates" and you'll find references to the Golden Girls TV show and discussions about two significant issues older people face: the high cost of housing and loneliness.For younger people, we call this "house hacking," where someone buys a house and takes in roommates to help cover the costs.

There were a lot of young hustlers.  2 local girls worked supporting the summit to go.  

To be honest, they cause the same wear and tear and you don't want to be accused of fair housing laws (family status). 

As awful as the accusations are, I don't think we have the ability to break the lease with him until the terms are broken.
