I would send notice to tenants letting them know burning incense, candles, cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaping are all prohibited due to air quality issues and to protect the property from damage.

Earlier she was vaping but now i saw her lit cigarette from lighter and smoking .

I have wording to include all smoking including vaping inside the home including the garage.  

I’ve found 1 person per room, quiet hours 11-7, no pets, no indoor smoking/vaping, color coded shelves and cabinet space, electronic locks and front door cameras really help.
