HI ALL,

I have this small uilding in a C- area, recently one of the tenants son started having friends over and they hang out in front of the building, it can be from 2 to 4,5 people hanging out in front of the building on the steps and smoking..

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO? like people can say i am allowed to be in front with friends..

what would you suggest?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Hi @Sami Gren.  I don't think you can stop people from hanging out in front of the door but you can stop them from smoking.  I make a rule that there is no smoking or vaping on the premises.  If you do something like that or within 50 feet of the door, that should cut down on people hanging out there.
