Can anybody share articles/information about Marijuana smoking inside the home?  I have a tenant that claims only nicotine smells gets adhere to the walls in a home and not Marijuana.  Therefore, any supporting documentation to show either way is much appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

The best supporting documentation is your lease which should spell out no smoking.  I have wording to include all smoking including vaping inside the home including the garage.  This one is difficult to enforce though especially if you are in California.  I’d inspect more often and non renew if you can as soon as you can.  While the pot smoke is not as bad as cigarettes it is not harmless either and something I don’t tolerate especially true if this is a multi.
