Its nice of you to help her out, but I've also watched Judge Judy enough to know how this could turn out. lol Obviously you can't sign a lease with her yet, so at this point, I would use the next month to determine if you'd even want her there for an extended period of time.

The MHP with 25 cabins has about 120 slots for campers. 

We'll see how the county planners update their website accordingly and what developments they could potentially slot.

If your panel is a 150 or 200 amp version and has lots of unused slots for breakers, you've most probably got enough capacity for the new kiln. 

Pulled out an old medicine cabinet that had a slot for used razor blades in the back wall and found something like five pounds of razor blades in the wall.

I highly recommend Judy Field out of Beverly MA, she is also licensed in NH.
