New to Real Estate and ready to learn!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Adam, I am just starting my journey as a real estate investor. I have been reading the beginners guides, listening to podcasts, and just being a sponge and soaking up all the information and advice that comes my way.

I am located in central Arkansas and plan on starting with single family homes to buy and hold. I hope to branch out into other forms of real estate in the future once I become comfortable with single family homes.

I worked for a remodeler for 8 years when I was in high school and college. Then I went on to build my own house that I am currently living in. This past experience really got me interested in real estate.

I travel a lot for my current job, which I enjoy, but I hope to one day have the freedom to create my own schedule, wealth, and be able to have more time to spend with my family and friends. I hope to get the opportunity to learn from all of you as well as make contributions to the forum.
