Having watched many prior co-workers get paid, cash their check at the casino, and promptly deposit it all into a slot machine I can tell you with pretty good certainty that casinos don't have a positive effect on disposable income and good use of the existing income in the area surrounding :)Are there solid local employers OTHER than the casino in a 15-minute drive? 

Judy and Paula,  can you share how long have you been investing with them before receiving this notice? 

They usually say "Did you pay rent" and if the answer is no or the tenant starts giving excuses, the judge  shushes the tenant like Judge Judy then moves on to "can you move out by yourself or do I need to have the sheriff help you move out?" 

We moved it to a 1 night minimum because we were having trouble filling weekend slots, which was rare for our listing.

As Judge Judy says, "if it's not in writing then it didn't happen!" 

Furnishings cast slotted for the property." - If you get creative on this maybe it's enough to the make the numbers work. 

Can I risk building a home at the slot and sell it which will be faster than selling a lot?
