Fun at the residence can involve outdoor activities like horseshoes, a fire pit, outdoor grill and patio, archery, fishing etc. 

It is .6 acres, plenty of parking for boats and cars, no HOA, no restrictions, big side yard for volley ball net / badminton, horse shoes, corn hole, or whatever.

Its on a dirt road (its a horsehoe road) and my 4 acres are right at the top of this horseshoe.

We will have corn hole, giant Jenga, horse shoes, for outside.

Knock on wood ; drink leprecauhn juice from a horseshoe or whatever..So far my residents  (7 total) (south seattle ; burien)  are all current on rent.   

Well I was thinking anything that had a big lot and a horseshoe driveway, it seems like an outdated  luxury.

If you eliminate that wall and put the doorway right there you'd have access still, if that porch goes that far back, and a nice usable horseshoe shaped kitchen area I think.Sounds like some things are starting to come together for you guys.
