Athletic field? 

I'm a 22 year old college athlete, located in the Charlotte, Metro area and have been attending as many REIA's as possible and have met so many outstanding professionals.

I am a college athlete and it is hard to work with a busy schedule.

However, I discovered The Players' Tribune which is a journalism company that empowers professional athletes to share/write their own stories.

I am currently a pro athlete playing hockey overseas and am trying to put a lot of what I make over here into real estate investing.

Learn the trade, and see if it suits you.Just soemthing to think about:Truth: I think we can agree that a professsional athlete makes lots of moneyReality: chances of any of us being a professional athlete is pretty slim...You never really want to put anybody “down” before they’ve tried it (not to mention I’ve never met you, regardless of whether I’m a good job of character or sales potential).

Want to hit it big with open houses, or new builds, or foreclosures, or selling HUD homes, or beachfront, or luxury homes to athletes, or whatever it is you want to do, probably someone at KW that can show you how to do it. 

Used as athletic space currently.  50% occupied with long term tenants with short term leases.  

Was a student athlete so you can imagine what it was like having school, practice/games (events I was a track and field guy) and then work.
