I've put all my cash in these homes to lower the payments, so that adds a bit of urgency.

As a young and fairly new investor, I feel such urgency to get my money making money. 

Be tactful about it of course but put some urgency in them!

Sounds like an interesting property.........One issue in selling real estate is exposure and urgency.

You find the same thing on other sites as well.It seems to me that less and less people have a sense of urgency when dealing with clients and potential clients.

I can get a sense of their urgency at least.

With only 4 months to go I think the smell of motivation is being replaced by urgency and action which is a pretty powerful thing!

Now I have two houses in inventory waiting for the owners to vacate at their convenience, and that I can offer to investors and get some people happily involved in positive cash flow.I like wholesalers for what they do for me, they create a problem which causes urgency in a seller who calls me trying to find a solution. 

The owner is exploring the possibility of selling but from the call I could not sense any urgency.

They're probably just building urgency for a closing that will take a couple weeks.
