I am on disability due to a stroke and really do not have money to throw away.

I have a little cash (around 100K) I'm willing to throw into a deal if the numbers work out.

Following the Great Recession, the Big Banks (with $) convinced Congress that it was all the fault of the Local Lenders who live in the communities we lend in & can throw rocks from our back yards to hit the roofs of houses that we've financed. 

Then, I would use the money I am throwing away on living expenses every month to help me pay down my debt over the course of about 4-5 years.

Real estate is my lively hood and I make a good living as a broker so I am not going to throw that away over a few dollars.

Before you throw any money out there do some research about the area first.

I would then like to buy some multiunit properties,  live in one,  while I upgrade/renovate the others.I guess I wanted to throw it out there to the experts like you and see if you could help guide me.thank you again

(Like all liquidation options, they do have the ability to throw up a gate if too many people exercise it at once ).

At the end of the day you have to do whats best for you but I will throw out some personal ideas.  

I'm only throwing a 8% down.
