Do you have voice mail, call service, receptionist, or do you live answer?

Over the past month, my team and I have been able to successfully connect with individuals that are interested in a property "assessment" that match the following criteria:41-90% equityAbsentee homeowners (in and out of state)Los Angeles and Seattle SFRs$251K-$1.51M estimated valueWe are offering the contact information of these individuals that have voiced interest in having their property "assessed", but would leave it up to the wholesaler or flipper to complete the negotiations.

You may be able to get around this with having them set up a Google voice account for the doorbell instead, but that will still run you into issues with your Airbnb guests because you'd have to find a way to give them all access to the Google voice account via their cell phone and that sounds like a headache to set up for a short stay. 

I was thinking about creating a good voice message to let sellers and buyers know that I will definitely return their calls shortly, but shortly may be 3 to 4 hours later. if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!!!

John has about the most monotone speaking voice I've ever heard, but I've made more money from ideas originally developed from his defunct newsletter than most would believe that don't know me personally.

I was surprised that there was a state or gov't voice over IP tax.

I worked with Neal.Baily who is the voice and lead coach for all the ads and training g material but says he doesn't work for the corp.and only makes money if I make money.
