phone answering assistance

Would anyone happen to know a good telephone answering service. I have a full time job and will not be able to answer the phone when its ringing. I will be able to call back during lunch and after work. I was thinking about creating a good voice message to let sellers and buyers know that I will definitely return their calls shortly, but shortly may be 3 to 4 hours later. if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!!!
