You could swap out whatever the lock is with a pin pad and it could be as simple as a simple 4 digit code that every apartment shares and they can provide the code in the delivery instructions on Amazon.

Until then, you can "swap till you drop."

Still need to solve the problem of employment history...but there's a chance they could extend the loan or refinance it to give you more time for work history (ask them if they could extend or refinance if you still couldn't get approved) to swap to a big bank w/ a 30yr conventional. 

It is likely a great purchase at a garage sale or swap meet on super steroids. 

I would swap out the toilet and call it a day.

May be a good resource swap in the making.

If they move out or swap out roommates you need a new lease.

I liked the idea of being a part of a group where I am able to talk to and connect to like minded individuals swapping knowledge and insight.

I'd also suggest swapping out your first photo with your gorgeous kitchen.This is most definately a very slow time of year.
